Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Approach

Raadix is an AI-powered conversational bot service that you access through WhatsApp. It is currently in a research and testing phase, meaning your interactions help improve the product.

Your conversations with Raadix are kept encrypted in our system. Human reviewers will not see the name and identifying information associated with your account, but will have access to conversation content to evaluate quality, safety, and user experience.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as Google Cloud and Anthropic) who help us run the service, and with authorities if required by law.

You have rights over your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@theraadix.com.

Our privacy practices are more fully detailed in the Privacy Policy below.

This Privacy Policy explains what Raadix, Inc. ("Raadix," "we," "our," or "us") does with your personal information when you use our website (theraadix.com) and our WhatsApp-based AI conversational service (together, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree that we may use your information as described here.

1. About Raadix

Raadix, Inc. is the maker of the Raadix AI conversational service. Raadix is currently operating in a research and testing phase. During this phase, a limited group of invited users interacts with our AI conversational bot through WhatsApp. The bot is powered by artificial intelligence and large language models. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human being. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

2.3 Sources of Personal Data

We receive your personal data directly from you. In some cases, Raadix administrators may initiate a conversation on your behalf, in which case your phone number may have been provided to us by the person who invited you to participate.

3. Persistent Memory and AI Learning

Raadix uses a persistent memory system. The Raadix bot retains a memory of your prior conversations across sessions. This means the bot may reference, recall, or build upon things you shared in previous conversations. This feature is fundamental to how Raadix works and is intended to allow the bot to provide a more personalized and contextually aware experience over time.

Your conversation data, including the preference and style profiles derived from it, is also used to train, fine-tune, and evaluate our AI models. This is described in more detail in Section 4 below.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

4.1 To Provide and Operate the Services

4.2 To Improve and Develop Raadix's AI Models in Order to Deliver a Highly Accurate and Personalized Experience

5. Third-Party AI Processing: Anthropic

Raadix uses the API services of Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic") to power the AI conversational functionality of our Service. When you send messages to the Raadix bot, the content of those messages is transmitted to Anthropic's systems for processing.

Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies govern how Anthropic handles data it receives through its API. You should be aware that Anthropic's terms permit Anthropic to use data processed through its API for purposes including training and improving its own AI models, subject to any opt-outs or restrictions available under Anthropic's policies. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy and its Usage Policy.

Raadix is responsible for its own collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy. Anthropic acts as a data processor with respect to the processing it performs at our direction, but Anthropic's independent use of data is governed by its own policies.

6. WhatsApp and Meta

Our Service is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). When you use WhatsApp to interact with our Service, Meta's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of the WhatsApp platform itself. Messages sent through WhatsApp Business are end-to-end encrypted in transit between your device and WhatsApp's servers. You should review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy for information about how Meta handles data associated with your WhatsApp account and usage.

Raadix uses the WhatsApp Business API to deliver and receive messages. We do not use your WhatsApp data to send you marketing messages unrelated to the Service.
