RAADIX, INC.
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 1st, 2026 — Last Revised: March 16th, 2026
Our Privacy Approach
Raadix is an AI-powered conversational bot service that you access through WhatsApp. It is currently in a research and testing phase, meaning your interactions help improve the product.
Your conversations with Raadix are kept encrypted in our system. Human reviewers will not see the name and identifying information associated with your account, but will have access to conversation content to evaluate quality, safety, and user experience.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as Google Cloud and Anthropic) who help us run the service, and with authorities if required by law.
You have rights over your data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@theraadix.com.
Our privacy practices are more fully detailed in the Privacy Policy below.
This Privacy Policy explains what Raadix, Inc. ("Raadix," "we," "our," or "us") does with your personal information when you use our website (theraadix.com) and our WhatsApp-based AI conversational service (together, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree that we may use your information as described here.
1. About Raadix
Raadix, Inc. is the maker of the Raadix AI conversational service. Raadix is currently operating in a research and testing phase. During this phase, a limited group of invited users interacts with our AI conversational bot through WhatsApp. The bot is powered by artificial intelligence and large language models. You are interacting with an AI system, not a human being. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect information depending on how you interact with us.
2.1 When You Access Our Website
- Contact and correspondence data: your name, email address, and the contents of any messages you send us.
- Phone number: if you submit your phone number on our website to initiate onboarding to our WhatsApp service.
- Cookie and usage data: browser type, browser language, operating system, page views, link clicks, and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2.2 When You Use Our WhatsApp Service
- Identifiers: your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
- Message content: the full text of messages you send to the Raadix bot via WhatsApp.
- Timestamps: the date and time of each message.
- Conversation history: records of your past conversations with the bot, which are retained across sessions to enable the bot to remember and learn from prior interactions with you (see Section 3 below).
- Inferred data and preference profiles: we derive and build individual preference and style profiles based on the content of your conversations. This inferred data is used to personalize your experience and to improve our AI models.
2.3 Sources of Personal Data
We receive your personal data directly from you. In some cases, Raadix administrators may initiate a conversation on your behalf, in which case your phone number may have been provided to us by the person who invited you to participate.
3. Persistent Memory and AI Learning
Raadix uses a persistent memory system. The Raadix bot retains a memory of your prior conversations across sessions. This means the bot may reference, recall, or build upon things you shared in previous conversations. This feature is fundamental to how Raadix works and is intended to allow the bot to provide a more personalized and contextually aware experience over time.
Your conversation data, including the preference and style profiles derived from it, is also used to train, fine-tune, and evaluate our AI models. This is described in more detail in Section 4 below.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
4.1 To Provide and Operate the Services
- To recognize you as a new or existing user.
- To initiate and manage your WhatsApp conversations with the Raadix bot.
- To personalize your experience based on your conversation history and inferred preferences.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services.
4.2 To Improve and Develop Raadix's AI Models in Order to Deliver a Highly Accurate and Personalized Experience
We use conversation data, including message content, timestamps, conversation history, and derived preference profiles, for the following AI development purposes:
- Training AI models and fine-tuning them based on real conversation data.
- Evaluating model performance and safety.
- Developing new features and capabilities.
This is a core purpose for which we collect your data, and we are transparent about it. Your participation in the Service during this research phase contributes directly to the development of Raadix's AI technology.

Your conversations with Raadix are kept encrypted in our system. Human reviewers will not see the name and identifying information associated with your account, but will have access to conversation content.

5. Third-Party AI Processing: Anthropic
Raadix uses the API services of Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic") to power the AI conversational functionality of our Service. When you send messages to the Raadix bot, the content of those messages is transmitted to Anthropic's systems for processing.
Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies govern how Anthropic handles data it receives through its API. You should be aware that Anthropic's terms permit Anthropic to use data processed through its API for purposes including training and improving its own AI models, subject to any opt-outs or restrictions available under Anthropic's policies. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy at https://www.anthropic.com/privacy and its Usage Policy.
Raadix is responsible for its own collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy. Anthropic acts as a data processor with respect to the processing it performs at our direction, but Anthropic's independent use of data is governed by its own policies.
6. WhatsApp and Meta
Our Service is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). When you use WhatsApp to interact with our Service, Meta's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of the WhatsApp platform itself. Messages sent through WhatsApp Business are end-to-end encrypted in transit between your device and WhatsApp's servers. You should review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy for information about how Meta handles data associated with your WhatsApp account and usage.
Raadix uses the WhatsApp Business API to deliver and receive messages. We do not use your WhatsApp data to send you marketing messages unrelated to the Service.
7. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third-party research partners or for commercial advertising purposes. We share your information only as follows:
- Service providers: We work with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including Google Cloud Platform (cloud infrastructure and storage) and Anthropic (AI processing, as described in Section 5). These vendors are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements and protection: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raadix, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
8. Data Storage and Security
Your personal information is stored in the United States on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. We implement security measures that are appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including:
- Standard GCP security controls and encryption at rest and in transit.
